Darren sees change as a process that can only be successfully delivered using the full range of commercial, creative and human skills that is about tangible execution of a strategy. He enjoys working with groups of talented leaders, particularly those who don’t always see eye to eye, and helping them to form as a team around a powerful point of view on the future. He has partnered with senior leaders as Lloyds Bank, LVMH, Asda, EA, Reckitt Benkiser and AXA and Nationwide.
He co-publishes his first book, on purpose-driven change, ‘Getting Every Team on a Mission to do Business Better’ in June this year.
