Amine is an international hotelier with over 20 years of experience leading hotels across the UK and Europe. Currently Cluster General Manager at Novotel & Ibis London ExCeL, he oversees 535 rooms in one of London’s key business event districts.
He has held senior roles in London, Edinburgh, Budapest, Warsaw and Paris, leading commercial turnarounds, openings, and brand development projects.
Passionate about people, performance, and purposeful hospitality, Amine integrates operational leadership with a strong focus on guest experience, sustainability, and technology. He champions digital tools to enhance efficiency and service, while embedding environmental responsibility into day-to-day operations to drive long-term, responsible growth.
