Jenni Benzaquen is an award-winning global hospitality leader and brand strategist with over 25 years of experience developing, evolving and transforming iconic luxury brands. She currently advises hospitality brands, owners and investors on concept development, brand evolution and business strategy.

Previously, Jenni was Senior Vice President at Marriott International, where she oversaw the company’s ultra-luxury portfolio, including The Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis and Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts. Prior to that, she held the role of Global Managing Director of Design Hotels, leading the integration of this boutique design-led brand into Marriott, while curating a distinct community of independent owners.

Known for navigating complex brand transformations and launching innovative concepts, Jenni blends commercial acumen with a passion for storytelling, design and immersive guest experiences. Originally from the U.S., she is based in London
