Macro Economist
Lai Wah Co is a macro economist with over 23 years’ experience. She joined the Bank of England in 2011 after almost 10 years at the CBI. At the Bank she initially worked in the team that produces the short-term GDP forecasts.
Since 2016 Lai has worked in the Greater London team within the Bank of England’s Agency Network, which collects economic intelligence from businesses and organisations to inform policymaking.
