Mark leads Accenture Song’s growth across EMEA, focusing on scaled Marketing, Commerce, Sales and Service solutions for customers across a breadth of industries including AlcoBev, Auto, Energy, Media & Entertainment. He joined Accenture 10 years ago and has been instrumental in growing the Song business to become The World’s Largest Tech-Powered Creative Group.

Mark has spent 30 years in the digital industries, building digital businesses from start-up to scale across the UK and Australia. From launching some of the first websites for the BBC, and creating the first ever online music download chart for MTV, to shaping international customer insight programmes for a global fuel and convenience retailer to shaping a future GenAI powered marketing capability for an international AlcoBev business - his experience is varied and constantly evolving.

He was the Inaugural chair of the Institute of Technical Education and Apprenticeships Digital Route Panel, setting future standards for vocational digital education in the UK. He completed his Executive MBA at Bayes Business School with distinction in 2010 an Honorary Senior Visiting Fellow of the Business School.
