Matthew Leong is a data scientist in the Bank’s Advanced Analytics Division who currently primarily works with Large Language Models and how they can be applied within the Bank’s context. He works in Python and is passionate about bringing industry’s best practices in Python and MLOps to the Bank.
He has an educational background in mechanical engineering and data science, and spent a few years working in the Bank’s Real Time Gross Settlement technology team.
